Chiropractic Adjustments:
Chiropractic adjustments involve the manual manipulation of the spine or other joints to improve alignment, reduce pain, and enhance function. Potential benefits include pain relief, improved mobility, and better overall function. Possible risks include soreness, stiffness, or, in rare cases,
injury to muscles, joints, or nerves.
Soft Tissue Therapy:
Soft tissue therapy encompasses techniques such as massage, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy aimed at treating muscles, tendons, ligaments, and fascia. Benefits include reduced pain, improved circulation, and enhanced range of motion. Risks may include temporary soreness or bruising.
Cupping Therapy:
Cupping therapy involves placing cups on the skin to create suction, which may enhance blood flow, alleviate pain, and promote healing. Benefits include pain relief, increased circulation, and relaxation. Risks may include bruising, skin irritation, or, in rare instances, burns or infections.
Taping:
Taping involves the application of specialized tape to support muscles and joints, reduce pain, and prevent injuries. Benefits include improved muscle function, reduced pain and swelling, and injury prevention. Risks may include skin irritation or allergic reactions to the adhesive.
Rehabilitation Exercises:
