Ambassador Sales Agreement - AcknowledgmentAs an Ambassador for Optio Services LLC, I acknowledge that I have read and understand the following key provisions of the Sales Agreement:

1. Commission Structure
I understand that I can earn up to a 20% commission on the total price of each product sold under this agreement. I acknowledge that commissions are paid out within 20 days of the software sale and are subject to adjustments for returns or refunds. In the event of a referral-based sale, I am responsible for managing the division of commission with the referred party.
2. Compliance and Training
I acknowledge that I must complete all required compliance training and follow the Company’s policies, procedures, and marketing regulatory guidelines. I understand that adhering to these compliance measures is critical to maintaining my role as an Ambassador and receiving commissions.

Authorization Agreement for Direct Deposits (ACH Credits) and Direct Payments (ACH Debits).

I (we) hereby authorize Optio Services LLC, hereinafter called “COMPANY,” to initiate credit entries (deposits) and/or debit entries (withdrawals) to my (our) Checking/Savings account indicated below at the depository financial institution named below, hereinafter called “DEPOSITORY.”

I (we) acknowledge that the origination of ACH transactions to my (our) account must comply with the provisions of U.S. law.
